Participants Guidelines

Helicopter rides are for all ages from 4 and up. Helicopter lessons are usually aimed at those aged 10 and over.

General Availability

Helicopter lessons and rides are available seven days a week, depending on weather conditions.

What To Wear

There are no specific guidelines on what to wear on your flight, so feel free to dress as casually as you like.

Sessions will be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.

Sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes.

Min Group Size

You only need a group of one to join us, with no more than 3 people being allowed on board per flight.

Our sites have designated viewing areas down on terra firma.

You can take part if you’re aged 5 and over, weighing less than 16.5 stone. If you have back problems, Past dislocated shoulders, freshly stitched wounds, Osteoporosis/bone problems or are pregnant, you will be unable to take part.

After you’ve received safety training and changed into your skydiving gear, you will experience the rush of falling from 40,000ft at 180mph. There isn’t a single adrenaline junkie who will take part and not leave wanting to return for more.

From there, you’ll be jumping in our helicopter and ascending to thousands of feet high in the air. As soon as you jump, you’ll feel completely alive, with the parachute unfolding around you and giving you time to appreciate the stunning scenery below.

After you are shown the basic controls, you will be given the task of piloting the aircraft from the back seat for as long as you want- before the instructor takes over and helps you get back down to land.

The minimum age to take part at our sites is 14, whilst you have to weight between 50 and 120kg to pilot the aircraft.
